I would highly recommend Donate for Charity to anyone who might consider using their service for donation of goods. We had 2 old cars I had wanted to donate and I was hoping to benefit pet organization. Donate for Charity fitted my needs. They could not have been more professional and efficient to get the process set up. From the original conversation with the office to the assigned company that arrange for the pick, the towing service that came for the cars, and wrap up/follow up with the office. Everything went so smoothly and it took only 2 days from beginning to end. If you are looking for company that will coordinate a donation on your behalf, please give them a call, you won't regret it.

The experience donating our vehicle was by far the easiest most rewarding process we have ever gone through. It was fast and extremely efficient - a total of 4 days from start to finish. We would highly recommend using this service to donate any vehicle in the future.

I arranged to have my late mothers car picked up to donate on Monday, between 8am and noon. At 9:30 I got a call that they would be here before noon but would call an hour out. At 11:30 I called the dispatch company. After half an hour on the phone I was told the cannot be here until tomorrow. I live an hour from where the car is and now need to either come back or have someone else come over to have the keys and title available. I am not impressed with this process.Although there were challenges with the towing company actually picking up the vehicle, Donate for Charity has been great to work with. They reached out after my experience with the towing company and have been very gracious. I would highly recommend the organization.

I donated a pickup truck to Seattle Children's Hospital. The customer service was wonderful with clear directions on how the pick up for transfer of the vichle and how to transfer the title. The service for picking up the car was on time as scheduled. I have not received the tax receipt yet but was told it will be a few weeks.

A very easy process and excellent service. The Charity I helped start will benefit greatly from this process.
